AMBA Accreditation

An internationally accredited DBA programme, AMBA-accredited and certified Responsible Doctoral School by IRAFPA

Since 2020, Business Science Institute has been among the rare institutions whose Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) programme is accredited by AMBA (Association of MBAs), a global benchmark in management higher education. This international accreditation guarantees the academic quality, scientific rigour, and professional relevance of the programme.

Business Science Institute is also certified "Responsible Doctoral School" by IRAFPA, underscoring its commitment to responsible, ethical, and practice-oriented doctoral research.

In addition to its accredited Executive DBA, Business Science Institute offers, as an option, degree enrolments at Université Paris-Saclay (ranked 1st European university in the Shanghai Rankings), Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), or ICN Business School — three institutions holding the triple accreditation AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS.

Seminars

Seminars in person or 100% online

The first phase of the DBA programme comprises five training modules, offered either in person or entirely online, to accommodate the professional constraints of participants.

In-person seminars take place over three consecutive days, most often at the end of the week. Dates are planned several months in advance, allowing executives and managers to organise their schedules with peace of mind.

Online seminars offer maximum flexibility: they are broadcast live and systematically recorded, so that doctoral candidates can access replays and follow sessions at their own pace.

Faculty

International professors who are experts in your field

The Business Science Institute Faculty brings together over 100 international professors and researchers from recognised universities around the world.

Each professor is a specialist in their field of research and brings their academic and managerial expertise to doctoral candidates. They support you throughout your doctoral journey, from defining your thesis topic to the final defence.

During progress seminars, you will be invited to present the advancement of your work to other Faculty members. These exchanges, grounded in constructive and supportive critical feedback, will help you deepen your thinking, strengthen the scientific rigour of your research, and improve the overall quality of your thesis.

Digital tools

Digital tools designed for DBA doctoral candidates

All doctoral candidates benefit from privileged access to an online learning platform, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This digital space centralises all the resources needed for their journey:

  • Presentation materials and replays of recorded lectures
  • Thematic videos related to the DBA programme
  • Thesis examples to draw inspiration from best practices
  • Full access to academic databases for research and writing

This platform supports doctoral candidates at every stage of their doctoral project, facilitating learning, research, and knowledge sharing.

Community

An international community of over 230 doctors and 200 doctoral candidates

Business Science Institute draws on a dynamic international community bringing together over 230 graduated doctors and 200 doctoral candidates currently working on their theses, from numerous countries and diverse sectors of activity.

This community is united by the alumni association, Saper & Praxis, whose mission is to foster exchanges, collaboration, and the sharing of experiences between alumni and doctoral candidates of the DBA programme.

Through events, conferences, publications, and working groups, Saper & Praxis helps maintain a genuine network of expertise and support, stimulating the dissemination of knowledge and the recognition of applied research conducted within Business Science Institute.
